Job Details What You’ll Do
• Supervise and coordinate on-site electrical crews for commercial construction projects
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate installation
• Schedule and manage labor, materials, and equipment
• Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes and company safety standards
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to promote skill development
• Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and clients on project status
• Oversee inspections, testing, and quality control throughout project lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
• 10+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Proven leadership background managing crews and delivering projects on time
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes, safety practices, and construction site protocols
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
