Job Purpose

As a Customer Migration analyst for the Kraken program, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining the crossfunctional cohorting and migration plan across both New York and Massachusetts. Additionally, you will engage with program and business stakeholders, IT, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure overall program success, while serving as a strategic data lead of the Kraken program.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work crossfunctionally to define and refine customer segmentation criteria
  • Develop and maintain a dynamic customer migration plan
  • Deliver a flexible and riskbased migration strategy, encompassing business, regulatory, financial and technical considerations. Ensure cohorting and migration processes comply with data governance, privacy and security standards
  • Lead customer migration activities in an agile manner, in full partnership with the Information Technology team
  • Provide customer migration contingency plans, supporting dynamic analysis and updates
  • Collaborate closely with IT, reporting teams, and business stakeholders to align on requirements, timelines, and success criteria
  • Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure mutual understanding of data migration impacts with the Kraken program
  • Monitor performance of cohorts postmigrations and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Align with cohorting team to refine cohorting logic and improve future migrations
  • Understanding of core data governance principles and how they apply in an enterprise organization
  • Ability to successfully collaborate and drive cooperation across diverse teams with potentially conflicting goals and objectives

Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile or CI/CD, with knowledge in Scaled Agile, agile methodologies and/or CI/CD
  • Experience with data migration and modelling
  • Knowledge of Kraken or CSS systems preferred
  • Understanding of Meter to Cash, Customer Operations and/or CIS functionality preferred
  • 57 years of relevant professional experience in data analysis, data management, or migrationrelated roles. With at least 35 years of direct experience in data migration preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working with agile and/or CI/CD programs
  • Strong technical and dataoriented skills, to create, manage and maintain dynamic data analysis
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder engagement, with experience communicating at the executive level
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; present information in a clear and concise manner, maintain effective working relationships with demonstrated maturity with various levels within the organization
  • Must be selfdirected with strong customer focus, motivated and have high personal standards of excellence, commitment, integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time, while maintaining strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy, and meeting strict deadlines

Downstate NY Salary: $130,000 - $153,000

New England NY Salary: $122,000 - $143,000

Upstate NY Salary: $108,000 - $127,000

Salary commensurate with location and experience
