Assist with the development and review of junior staff performance and development plans. Review project execution and identify inefficiencies using LEAN principles. Will assist Business Analysts gather requirements and analyze business processes. Mandatory Requirements Experience (12+ Years) Ensures the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications and hardware and software that is used. Requirements This is an 100% Onsite. 84 Months Experience working on five to ten projects simultaneously and ensuring project deliverables met industry best practices and development standards. 84 Months Experience reviewing work across disciplines, identifying skill level deficiencies, creating development/training plans, and providing feedback. 84 Months Experience analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies using LEAN principles, suggesting and implementing enhancements. 84 Months Experience performing business process analysis with both technical and business staff resulting in development of formal business requirements, use case and workflow documents. 60 Months Experience in object-oriented languages such as Python and PHP. 60 Months Experience with Power Shell or low code tools such as Power Automate. 60 Months Experience in Agile software development.
