Base pay range $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr Responsibilities Lead day-to-day IT operations across 7 physical locations, including oversight of IT staff Administer and manage a Microsoft-heavy stack: Azure, O365, SharePoint, Azure AD, VPN, SQL Server (on-prem & cloud), and VM infrastructure Maintain and enhance network infrastructure, including physical networks, imaging/deployment for laptops, and RMM/EDR tools for both rental fleet and employee devices Oversee data security, identity protection, and backups, with a strong focus on Zero-Trust Architecture and periodic testing Manage and improve business intelligence tools (Power BI, Power Automate, SQL dashboards) that support reporting and decision-making Provide leadership for ERP systems (existing or future implementation/expansion) Deliver quarterly IT reports covering budgets, risks, and security audits Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for IT to drive efficiency, scalability, and better employee experience Travel (5-10%) as needed to support satellite offices and new deployments Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience Proven experience as an IT Manager, Systems Administrator, or Infrastructure Lead, with exposure to both hands?on IT operations and strategic planning Deep experience with Azure / O365 / SharePoint / Power Platform / SQL Server Strong background in cybersecurity (Cisco, CompTIA, or similar certifications a plus) Familiarity with BI/data analytics tools such as Power BI, dashboarding, and automation workflows ERP implementation or support experience a plus Excellent leadership skills: able to grow a team, set expectations, and coach direct reports Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts to non?technical business leaders A self?starter who thrives in a fast?paced, entrepreneurial environment Benefits We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees.
