Essential Job Functions Responsible for deployment of resources, standards, and disciplines toward the successful completion of major corporate and division initiatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Establishing standards for the area of responsibility. Providing consulting services to Senior Management related to the alignment of business needs with IT systems and business strategy. Developing soft cost models for business alternatives, operating budgets, and project budgets. Understanding all cost elements related to the delivery of projects, products, or systems. Preparing management reports reflecting budget performance, resource utilization, and goal achievement. Understanding Caesars' business processes, systems platforms, and infrastructure architecture. Coordinating Requests for Proposal, contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and other legal considerations. Ensuring product operations meet expectations and assisting in attaining business objectives. Interacting with key users and Senior Management. Attracting, hiring, retaining, and motivating staff. Conducting performance reviews and providing necessary training. Staying updated on new technology developments to optimize performance, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Developing and executing strategic plans for the area of responsibility. Qualifications: Knowledge and Experience 9-13 years of business experience, with 5 or more in Information Technology, managing and designing business computer systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong consulting skills with the ability to advise, make recommendations, and assist in planning. Effective communication skills to speak to small and large audiences and influence outcomes. Ability to negotiate successfully with vendors. Creating an environment of teamwork and cooperation. Responding quickly and effectively to changing business environments. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience. Master’s degree preferred.
