About the Role
The Law Office seeks an experienced bilingual immigration paralegal with strong knowledge of USCIS and consular processing. The successful candidate will handle family-based and humanitarian matters, including K-1 visas, family petitions, adjustment of status and consular processing cases, waivers, TPS, EAD’s, U visas, VAWA, etc.
We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, client-focused, and tech-savvy who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven law firm.
