About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Gaming to oversee the day-to-day monitoring of gaming activities in compliance with tribal, federal, and state regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and enforcement of rules and regulations, maintaining all relevant files and records, and may be required to supervise other gaming commission staff. Essential duties include supervising staff, promulgating regulatory policies, conducting internal audits, and investigations, and providing monthly reports on the status of gaming activities. The role also involves ensuring confidentiality, compliance with licensing requirements, and managing the budget for the gaming commission. Applicants for the Executive Director of Gaming position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least three years of experience in regulatory, managerial, investigative, or gaming. The role requires knowledge of tribal, state, and federal gaming laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. The position demands a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to handle the physical demands of the job, which may include prolonged sitting, standing, and lifting.
