We are a rapidly growing marketing and promotional events firm seeking a motivated, high-energy Event Promotions Assistant to join our expanding team. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience working alongside experienced Event Coordinators to deliver engaging brand experiences that increase visibility, drive customer engagement , and support community-focused initiatives .

As an Event Promotions Assistant , you will help execute live promotional events, retail activations, and community campaigns . You will represent client brands directly to the public, assist with product promotions, and support smooth event execution in fast-paced, interactive environments.
Represent client brands at local events, retail promotions, pop-up activations, and community outreach campaigns
Serve as a knowledgeable brand representative after completing product and brand training
Conduct product demonstrations, distribute samples , and share promotional materials
Assist customers with sign-ups, registrations, purchases, and event participation
Monitor event traffic, collect customer feedback , and report trends or frequently asked questions
Support the event team to ensure efficient execution and a positive guest experience
