Qualifications: • Active or in-progress real estate license. • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build rapport and trust. • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, to guide clients through complex processes. • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals, demonstrating your drive and ambition. • Comfortable using technology and online tools to enhance client interactions and streamline processes. • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. • Willingness to attend training sessions and mentorship meetings to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
