Aerotek Hiring For Electricians

We are seeking skilled electricians for a six-month project focused on the upfit of a shell building. This role involves layout planning, task delegation, and quality assurance to ensure installations meet code standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install electrical wiring, outlets, switches, panels, and lighting systems in new buildings
• Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and electrical schematics to plan layouts
• Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to ensure timely installation
• Run conduit and pull wire through walls, ceilings, and underground trenches
• Mount and connect electrical boxes, circuit breakers, and transformers
• Test newly installed systems for functionality and safety
• Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building regulations
• Maintain accurate records of installations and inspections
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in conduit installation and bending.
• Experience with wiring and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Skilled in construction and cable installation.
• Experience in pulling wire and bending conduit.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Punctual and reliable.

Job Type & Location:

This is a contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
