Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Drain Technician to join our growing service team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of drain cleaning, jetting, snaking, camera inspections, and general plumbing support work. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, clearing, repairing, and maintaining drain systems for commercial, industrial, and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform drain cleaning using cable machines, hydro-jetters, and other specialized tools.
• Conduct camera and line inspections to identify blockages, root intrusion, or pipe damage.
• Repair or replace damaged drain lines as required.
• Provide emergency response to drain-related calls, including after-hours service when scheduled.
• Accurately document service work, findings, and recommendations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in clean, safe working order.
• Communicate professionally with customers and ensure satisfaction before job completion.
• Comply with all company safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications
• 2–5 years of experience in drain cleaning, plumbing, or related field (commercial or residential).
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, sewer layouts, and drain materials.
• Experience operating jetting machines, augers, and camera inspection systems.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service attitude.
• (Preferred) Plumbing apprentice card or relevant certifications.
