Digital Marketing Manager - Outdoor Living

Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive web traffic, generate leads, and support overall business objectives. This role manages the company’s digital presence across multiple platforms—including websites, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and digital advertising—ensuring a consistent and persuasive brand message to multiple audiences.

In addition to strategy development, the Digital Marketing Manager collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies, oversees digital content creation and performance analytics, and supports sales and dealer networks with marketing assets and tools. This person must be both creative and analytical, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, PPC, email, display advertising, social media, and content marketing.
  • Lead the planning and execution of digital campaigns from concept to launch, including kick-off meetings, timelines, stakeholder communication, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support product launches, promotional campaigns, events, and sales initiatives.

Digital Content & Channel Management

  • Manage and maintain websites and digital platforms.
  • Create and publish engaging and optimized content across web and social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop and distribute blogs, email newsletters, and digital assets to educate and engage target audiences.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze web, social, and campaign performance using analytics and CRM tools and advertising dashboards.
  • Provide clear, actionable reports on KPIs and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance and customer experience.
  • Conduct A/B testing and personalization experiments to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Identify critical conversion points and optimize digital funnels and user experiences accordingly.

Collaboration & Support

  • Provide digital marketing support and materials for internal teams, sales representatives, dealers, and contractors.
  • Ensure timely coordination and execution of multiple projects, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
  • Partner with creative teams and agency vendors to align marketing efforts with brand standards and strategic goals.
  • Support branding and promotional efforts including trade shows, new product launches, events, and training initiatives.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing; B2B building products industry experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing SEO/SEM, digital advertising, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, inbound marketing, and customer journey optimization.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-service oriented with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Experience using digital tools and platforms, including:
  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, WordPress, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Workfront, Adobe Creative Cloud, Meta Business Suite, Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus.
