ROMTech is transforming post-surgical recovery with innovative remote rehabilitation technology. We’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to manage our digital presence across social media, email, and web platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both creative content development and data-driven marketing execution.

This is an onsite opportunity located in Clearwater, FL. Please include your portfolio or examples of past digital campaigns or content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily activity across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Create and schedule original content (posts, videos, graphics) aligned with brand and campaign goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and audience feedback to optimize content.
  • Respond to online reviews and escalate issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
  • Plan and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing, education, and engagement.
  • Write and optimize email copy for clarity, performance, and compliance.
  • Segment email lists using CRM/LMS data for targeted messaging.
  • Track and analyze email performance (open rates, click-throughs, conversions).
  • Contribute to blog posts, video scripts, and campaign messaging.
  • Launch and manage digital campaigns (organic, paid, referral).
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and platform dashboards to report results.

Success Metrics:

  • Growth in social followers, engagement, and impressions.
  • Email open and click-through rates.
  • Web traffic from digital campaigns.
  • Content performance (views, shares, downloads).
  • Timely and consistent campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media.
  • Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proficient in tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics.
  • Familiar with AI tools and prompt engineering for productivity and creativity.
  • Experience in B2B, healthcare, or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing performance.

Work Environment:

  • Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods
