We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry Specialist to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured tasks, accuracy, and working independently in a remote environment.
Position Overview
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering, verifying, and managing data across multiple internal systems with high accuracy and speed. You will work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure all business data is kept organized, up-to-date, and secure.
Key Responsibilities
Enter customer and client data into company systems with accuracy and efficiency
Review data for inconsistencies, errors, and missing information
Update and maintain CRM records, databases, and project sheets
Perform data cleanup and verification tasks
Maintain confidentiality and follow data security protocols
Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies
Organize files and maintain documentation for reporting
Generate basic reports using spreadsheets or company software
Complete assigned tasks within deadlines while meeting quality standards
Required Qualifications
Must reside in the United States
U.S. Citizenship or valid U.S. Work Permit is required
High school diploma or GED (Associates degree preferred)
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or related field
Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM preferred)
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Basic understanding of data management and spreadsheets
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
