**What You'll Do:**

* Document and update customer records based on interactions

**Technical Requirements:**
* Be a United States resident
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Pass Background Check
* Pass Drug Screening
* Desktop/Laptop with Windows 10 or higher
* USB Noise Canceling Headset
* Hardwired to Internet
* Smartphone
