  • *You will be part of a team delivering quality inspections. As part of the production process team, you will be involved in production aiming at aircraft structural assemblies and components.**

  • *Your challenges:**
  • **Implement technical inspections in production of the aircraft in context of the authorization of manufacturer operation.**
  • **Prepare and perform visual, incoming, first article, final inspections during aircraft manufacture for compliance with design specifications, customers and certification requirements.**
  • **Detail the technical inspections performed in the FLEXNET/NCMS/SAP production orders SAP-based and the relevant IT systems by inspection remarks and complete other aircraft documents as well as prepare first article inspection reports.**
  • **Support fixing, Functional Test Procedures(FTPs) and participate in Quality Survey requests.**
  • **Compile all technical data of non-conformance in order to launch the NCMS-based quality discrepancy sheets for the professional assessment in accordance with the manufacturing engineering documentation.**

  • **3 years of confirmed experience with an emphasis on structural components and assemblies.**
  • **Preferred quality and manufacturing experience in cabin installation.**
  • **Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.**
  • **Knowledge of drawing systems, inspection plans, and inspection coordination.**
  • **Knowledge of the principles, practices, methods and tools used in the production line.**
  • **Handling and use of inspection tools of the length measuring techniques (mechanical, optical, electrical).**
  • **Effective verbal and written communication skills. Specifically, in English which is required operating in a multicultural and multifunctional environment.**
  • *Physical Requirements: **
  • **Vision:* Able to see and read computer screens and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings. *
  • **Hearing:* Able to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and to hear sounds on the production floor including safety warnings or alarms. *
  • **Speaking:* Able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications. 100%, daily. *
  • * Equipment Operation (personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine, and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors): Able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment and some tools including production tools such as hydraulic lifts. 100%. *

  • **Lifting:* Able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs. *
  • **Pushing / Pulling* : Able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools. *
  • **Sitting* : Able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on the computer. *
  • **Squatting / Kneeling:* Able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving. *
  • **Standing* : Able to stand for discussions in offices or on the production floor. *
  • **Travel:* Able to travel independently and at short notice. *
