Job Title: Corporate & Tax Paralegal
Position Type: Full-time or Part-time
Work Arrangement: On-site (Hybrid may be considered after a successful 90-day onboarding period)
Start Date: As soon as possible
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate & Tax Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting attorneys with corporate governance, entity management, and tax-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with entity formation, maintenance, and dissolution.
Prepare and file corporate documents, resolutions, and annual reports.
Support attorneys with tax filings, compliance, and document preparation.
Conduct legal research and maintain accurate records and databases.
Coordinate with clients, accountants, and other professionals as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in corporate and/or tax law.
Strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency with legal document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
