Job Description As a writer with us, you ideally have agency experience (~1-3 years) and a strong desire to challenge yourself. You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams, generating ideas and bringing them to life through words (written and spoken), then presenting confidently and expressing your creative ideas. You’ll be part of a team creating content and campaigns across channels and platforms for a variety of clients. While writing is often solo, we encourage collaboration, inspiration, exploration, and expression of ideas, campaigns, content, ads, posts, articles, and more. As a creative wordsmith, you’ll follow directions and also inspire new directions with your storytelling and ideas. Attention to detail, effective communication, and empathy are essential. Being imaginatively rebellious is a key trait here. What You'll Do Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Creating content such as campaign concepts, brand narratives, social media posts, email and script content, ads, and more. Contributing ideas based on audience insights. Assisting with content calendar development. Mentoring and supporting others in their craft. Collaborating across teams to deliver effective content marketing strategies. Understanding basic SEO, content structure, development, and measurement. Monitoring social media responses. Creating content aligned with brand voice and editorial guidelines. Managing content workflows and digital channels. Optimizing content based on performance insights. About You Strong writing and proofreading skills across multiple platforms. Experience creating digital and social content, including websites and TikTok ideas. Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress. An editorial mindset attuned to audience preferences and trends. Ability to think and write independently and creatively. Skill in managing multiple projects and stakeholders. Ability to adapt tone and voice for different clients and audiences. Collaborative, curious, organized, and problem-solving mindset. Rebel offers a semi-hybrid schedule, requiring at least 4 days per week in the Cheshire office, including Wednesdays. Applicants must include a portfolio link with work samples.
