**Job Title: Construction Laborer** Responsibilities + Assist with site cleanup (indoor and outdoor) - operating sweeper scrubbers, pushing brooms, etc. + Operate forklift/lull (if certified) + Refuel generators for lights. + Work in teams of five, with structured reporting to a lead, area foreman, and general foreman. + Arrive at the site by 6:00 AM to prepare for the day. Work Environment The work environment is set in a cutting-edge EV battery manufacturing facility, accommodating up to 4,500 construction employees at its peak. The schedule is from 6:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with mandatory Saturdays as needed.
