CNC Moulder Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Moulder Operator to set up, operate, and maintain moulder machines used to shape PVC materials into precise profiles for exterior home-building products. In this role, you'll work with detailed blueprints, ensure tooling accuracy, monitor production quality, and help maintain a smooth, efficient manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret work orders and blueprints to determine required profiles and machine setup.
• Select, install, and adjust cutting heads and tooling for each production run.
• Operate the moulder (including Weinig P600) and monitor material flow for consistent performance.
• Inspect in-process and finished PVC products to verify accuracy, dimensions, and quality standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Record production data, including quantities, quality notes, and operational details.

Essential Skills

• Strong machine-operation experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Hands-on experience with Weinig P600 moulder machines.
• Ability to operate CNC machinery confidently and independently.
• Proficiency with tape measures and fractional measurements.
• Solid verbal communication, mathematical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in similar roles.
• Interest in ongoing skills training tied to pay increases.

Work Environment

• Schedule: MondayThursday, 7:00 AM3:30 PM
• Manufacturing setting with some loud or dusty areas.
• PPE provided (safety glasses, gloves).
• Dress code: work pants/jeans, sweatshirts, and work boots (steel-toe preferred).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mays Landing, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
