About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer/Chief of Staff with a robust understanding of the crypto landscape to partner closely with our CEO and CFO. In this high-impact role, you will drive our strategic priorities forward, enhance our scaling capabilities, and ensure organizational alignment. Your ability to operate with autonomy and agility will be critical in areas such as strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional leadership.

As the Chief of Staff/COO, you will also provide executive support, facilitate communication, and lead special projects. It is essential that you maintain an in-depth understanding of the modular blockchain ecosystem, particularly in stablecoins and DeFi.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional role with a focus on crypto.
• A proven track record of driving strategy, execution, and team alignment in high-growth startups.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with technical, product, and external stakeholders.
• Strong process and project management capabilities, along with proactive and organized work habits.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.

Your responsibilities will also include being the primary point of contact between the leadership team and external stakeholders, managing meeting preparations, and representing the leadership team in various engagements.
