Position: Business Process Consultant Location: 50% Remote Hybrid Onsite: 50% of time in Dracut, MA Contract Duration: Through end of the year, (but also could extend into 2026) Work hours: 20 hours per week Only W2 Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in business process analysis working within the higher education industry. Experience working particularly in enrollment management. Proven ability to lead and implement process improvement initiatives. Familiarity with enrollment systems (Slate) is a nice to have. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on consultant who can evaluate, streamline, and optimize enrollment-related workflows in preparation for a future systems implementation. The ideal candidate will not only identify and eliminate inefficient workarounds but also bring best practices from other institutions to help drive sustainable, scalable process improvements.
