Business Development Representative (BDR) - US WHOOP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will play a crucial role in expanding the presence of WHOOP within the Enterprise market. At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. WHOOP empowers users to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives. This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office. Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals within Enterprise target account segments. Collaborate with the marketing, product, and finance teams to develop and execute targeted strategies to penetrate Enterprise accounts effectively. Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs and pain points of customers and tailor solutions accordingly. Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, providing insights on how WHOOP can enhance their performance and well-being initiatives. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements relevant to our target segments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales with public sector experience preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactical plans to achieve sales targets. Passion for health, fitness, and technology is a plus.
