About the Role
The Company is seeking individuals to join its board of directors for the 2025-26 term. This is an unpaid, volunteer position that requires a sincere interest in local, non-profit media and a commitment to promoting the community through various means, including the Internet and radio. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, able to pass a background check, and reside within a specified geographic area. While not mandatory, previous experience in college or professional radio, college or professional newspaper, or on another non-profit board is considered beneficial. The board of directors meets regularly and values the input and assistance of its members. The role of a board member is to provide guidance and support as needed, in addition to attending the annual meeting.
