Assistant Spa Manager and Sales at Heights Wellness Retreat
Overview: This role supports the Retreat Director in delivering exceptional guest service and team member satisfaction, and leads sales and front desk initiatives within a membership-based wellness retreat environment.
Responsibilities
- Directly assist the Retreat Director in supervising all aspects of Retreat operations, driving revenue and profitability, managing inventory, and ensuring brand systems and processes are consistently followed across shifts
- Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, developing, and retaining top talent
- Plan and implement Front Desk sales training; provide in-the-moment coaching and role-playing to support the Front Desk Team
- Stay updated on services, products, and promotions; model best practices for the team
- Manage team member schedules to support effective daily operations
- Collaborate with the Retreat Director to set individual and overall team goals; develop plans and execute to achieve and exceed them
- Lead by example, achieving personal and team goals
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of face-to-face sales or retail management experience
- Self-starter with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- At least 1 year of experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Ability to develop positive relationships with employees and coach/mentor with discipline
- Working knowledge of computers and standard software
- Basic business math skills
- Must be able to work varied hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Schedule
- 68 hour shifts
- Required 1 weekend shift
- Days and evening shifts available
- Weekends, evenings, and holidays required
