Aerotek Now Hiring: Assembly Line Associate $18/hr | IMMEDIATE START!

Join a hands-on, high-tech role where you'll work directly with cell phones and electronic components in a clean, steady, and supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Repair, modify, and replace parts on cell phones
• Diagnose issues and perform "break & fix" repairs using OEM standards
• Disassemble & reassemble phones into good cosmetic condition
• Replace LCD screens, motherboards, batteries, and small components
• Use basic computer skills to document repairs
• Stay flexible and help with other tasks as needed

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Basic troubleshooting or repair experience
• Comfortable using hand & power tools
• Familiar with assembly/disassembly
• Able to stand for the full shift
• Read, write, and communicate in English

Bonus: Experience with PCBs, circuit boards, or cell phone rework.

Schedule

7:00 AM 3:30 PM | MondayFriday

Breaks include:

30-minute lunch

Two 15-minute breaks

Interview Location: Coatesville

Work Location: West Chester or Coatesville

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
