About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced board advisor and strategic investor to join our mission of reshaping K-12 education through AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will possess:

1. A proven track record of leadership in K-12 education or EdTech, coupled with a robust network among superintendents, curriculum directors, district technology leaders, and state education departments.
2. Or strong connections in the venture capital and AI SaaS landscape.

Your insights into large-scale education technology adoption and knowledge of procurement processes and funding mechanisms will be invaluable. As our board advisor, you will:

• Provide strategic direction for establishing product-market fit within K-12 public schools.
• Utilize your network to facilitate key introductions and partnerships.
• Advise on navigating complex procurement cycles, education policy, and compliance requirements.

If relevant, your role may also include aiding our fundraising efforts through valuable investor introductions and enhancing our market credibility. Compensation will be provided through advisory shares in the company.
