Overview Join Our TPA Team as a 401(k) Plan Administrator (Remote) Are you a seasoned retirement plan professional looking for a role where your expertise is valued and your contributions make a real impact? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced 401(k) Plan Administrator to join our Third Party Administration team full-time in a fully remote capacity. Responsibilities Take ownership of end-to-end compliance administration for our clients Trust reconciliation and comprehensive compliance testing Cross-tested contribution calculations Preparation of Form 5500 filings Collaborating with our team to ensure smooth and accurate plan administration Communicating with plan sponsors and advisors This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 seasons of hands-on experience managing the full compliance cycle (“soup-to-nuts”) in a TPA environment.
