Designed and engineered in Wisconsin. About The Role We are currently seeking a 3D Piping Designer. This position will support manufacturing and filed service with piping designs for projects and equipment. Primary responsibility will be to ensure we have the materials, equipment, and information necessary to complete the job. This position is ultimately responsible for understanding and accomplishing the customer's goals while protecting the interests of QTS. What You’ll Do Create plant 3D models Create main assembly drawings Create detail drawings from main assembly drawings Create and revise main and detailed drawings Create and revise technical routing and information sheets Create and revise bills of materials Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in stainless steel tank design 1-3 years of recent experience using AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, Inventor or SolidWorks Excellent skills/knowledge of AutoCAD Pipe design as well as BPE experience desired, but not required for this position Ability to read and understand P&IDs Good MS Office skills: Outlook, Word, Excel Good work ethic Ability to take direction from others as well as working independently Optional Qualifications Associated Degree or Technical School in Mechanical Design/Drafting Benefits Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance from day one 401(k) Long Term & Short Term Disability Insurance PTO 9 Paid Holidays including your Birthday Work Schedule Day Shift Monday through Friday In-Person Oconomowoc WI The pay range for this role is: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Engineering and Information Technology Industries: Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr Quality Tank Solutions, LLC
