Mercedes Benz of Sudbury is looking for a Customer Care Representative join our team. This is an entry-level position with room for growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and will be able to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions about our products and services
• Provide product and/or service information to customers
• Resolve customer complaints
• File paperwork with the company and management
• Maintain excellent communication with management and other staff
• General office duties as needed to support the team

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)and Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Able to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
